1) No, it is not. 2) that's not what's happening here. Wikipedia is not intended to have articles on every possible subject under the sun; only those subjects that have been covered in reliable sources to a significant extent. 1) Yes, it is. Denying someone's right to exist is nazi. 2) This is not "every possible subject under the sun". Slavic people make majority of Europe.
